Training Speed
Should I build endurance and speed on the first training for a marathon?
I finished two marathons during the past year and am hoping to qualify for Boston next year. I have about 10 months to train for this marathon BQ. I wondered if I were to build miles per week until my (new), first or if I should keep my mileage low for some time and work primarily on speed? I need to cut 15 minutes off my marathon time this year. Thank you!
