How to connect your surround sound decoder??

I brought a plasma, it needed a set top box, there are 3 outlets that are in the top box and television. (Red and White) There is a yellow, but for video. I just made a Surround Sound is also a dvd with an integrated amplifier. If the red and blue cards go to the TV decoder how do I connect the plugs same in the DVD / amp?
