Tie Version
anyone notice the striped tie?
John McCain is wearing a red and light red striped tie tonight. I would not thought anything of it, but last night Kieth Olbermann wore a purple version and John Stewart wore a blue version. Is this the new Power-tie? Or is it just a fashion trend for fall? Who else is wearing one? Do you have one? Honestly, I do not like it much, and I prefer the solid colored traditional ties for formal occasions.
I also noticed the striped ties. I thought there could be a political statement by what road you scratch ......... but I see now that Jon Stewart the door in both directions.
