White Black
is there a big difference between black and brown white pepper?
I have black and white, but my recipe for brown. if I did not buy brown and can use any of the other, I prefer to do it, but if she will make a big difference, I'll go buy pepper brown.
What is the recipe ?!!!!! Are you confused pepper sauce brown? That would be crushed black pepper in a beef sauce. Personally, I never used or heard of pepper brown and I was a cook of 20 years. I've heard of white pepper and smoked was a little brown. Go with black or white and add a bit of demi glace. Have fun!
