What are extended well in football and speed training?

I was told not to extend my stay flexible and comprehensive movement, and was told it could increase my pace when running. How could I make this stretch and what are some sections good to do?

Try to stretch twice a day and keep ur stretches for 15 seconds. Do not just reach from your toes to stretch your IT group. Stretching custom nececarilly increase your speed Tho, it does flexabily and reduces damage. If your lookin for increase speed or agility to make some or plyos Sqauting / legpressing / calf raises in the weightroom but thats a whole nother story. Just watch a book of physical fitness standard for the sections. Word to the wise do not need someone to push you when u end. You have much more of a risk muscle tear or screwing up a joint or legement. I found that the hardway.
