Should I buy kettlebells or resistance bands?
I have a gym at home and I want to buy something to make a change to the usual bar and dumbbell training. Kettlebells and resistance bands to both give the impression that they would a good thing to buy to change things. What are your personal opinions about them with your experiences?
kettle bells - it is how you can with them, I think they are better than dumbbells
