Why do I play better with oversize more than average size?

Oversize probably has more power. Aside from that, I do not understand why. If someone can just list the pros and cons of both types of tennis rackets (if there are significant ones), which would be great. also reducing the tension of your chain adds more power. According to most people in tennis, it tends to diminish the control, and I do not see how it works. Low voltage means more power. but I do not see how lowering blood leads to less control. Would distinguished tennis master like to explain that, for me too? Thank you in advance

I'm not a master of tennis, but I like to play and learn and have met some possible answers to your questions. If you are not a high level player, it may be preferable to use a racket in size. The Professionals use mid-size or mid-shoe because they get much more racquet head speed that compensates for the loss of power. Mid-size: that has more control because the racket is stiff and chain models tend to be denser than the OS. You'll also have more maneuverability the racket itself because it is smaller. It is good for players who can generate a lot of their own power and the need for control added it offers. Oversized: size of the racket head higher offers more power, spin, and a larger sweet-spot. The problem is that it adds much power you do not want. You have to balance this racquet at a pace slower than the small rackets. Another advantage and part of the OS is it is said to be easier on your arm so you do not get as much joint pain well if you play often. Mid-Plus: Located between MS and sizes OS. These are essentially Mario and Luigi tennis racket, in any medium. Conclusion: So, what you should consider is your swing speed and racket length. If it is short and fast, size average is way to go, mid-swing for more medium and long slow swing OS. This is my personal opinion that we continue to OS you slow your development as a player and I highly recommend you go to MP or MS if you plan to play seriously. Very few serious players use OS. Question 2: Do not take my opinion as a fact, but I do tennis racquets and strings know a little string tension.
