If a handful of tennis to be modified mid-term?
I am a tennis player rec and still learning and I am a little confused with the person I most often play with. He said that he also holds his right hand in the same position on the racket, even when passing in both meaning forehand to backhand shots. However, I adjust my hands on my next move. The problem I have of this is that sometimes I do the right position of the racket and hit some balls too high. Should I adjust a grip like his, does not change, or simply work on getting the racquet in place for the shot a little better?
You must change your grip forehand and backhand, as required various adhesion.
