harassment at work?
My boss is very sexest and racist. He constantly puts me down because I am a woman and complains all the people fighting When the color (Arican-American, Asian, Indian, Mexican, etc. ....). Why did he hire if he does not think I can do a "Le Mans" job? I work in a barn where polo and horse riding i Longhorns, welding, fencing, running all types of farm equipment. I am doing more work there than all other workers (all male). i cannot afford to find another job right now which allows me to keep my 2 horses there for free. more I some hospital bills I need to get paid. I really hate it because it always puts me down as I'm useless just cause I'm a woman and complains incessantly after "other races" at all times. what can I do? please help!? , and it doesn't help I have low self-esteem anyway ............... I am not being paid to the role. no benefits, insurance, must pay taxes my pocket
