Hybrid Shark

Tennis beginners looking for help with the choice of racquet?

I am a beginner tennis player and I currently have a Prince Hybrid Shark Wilson & n61 95. I bought my n61 95 bcuz I felt the shark hybrid was a bit too strong and lightweight. But I fear that the n61 95 may be a little too hard to use my current lvl. Are there any reccomendations as to the rackets I can buy? I hope tt the racket can stick with me until I am a player of intermediate or advanced level.

I'll be honest all rackets are much the same for beginners because they are not really concerned about the string tension and weight and all they just want to learn to keep the ball in the yard. With this in mind the only thing I think you should stay out of the purchase is a size 85 shoe with the head because they are a bit harder to use, then others. Generally, they recommend beginners to get oversized rackets so that you do not miss the bad guy and the voltage strings can climb higher than you can get more control. In general, I do not like light rackets, because it feels like a swing that your arm when you hit the ball but if this is a problem you can always add lead tape to your racquet to the head heavy. I use personally a former head of Ti Classic (they do not make the original more) When you become an intermediary, you should try to see what different rackets you love. Many stores have tennis racquets demo you can borrow and try before you buy. I also think you should buy the demo racquet if you can, because honestly if you do not scratch your racket as you play your game probably not strong enough.
