it depends on the accuracy of the weapon and range to the animal. if it is 5 meters with an Olympic air rifle, by all means take the headshot, but most People DONT an air rifle Olympic or can get 5 yards. I would get the most out of ammunition, you can get and go to a breast stroke. If you are between ribs, or just shoot through them, the animal will die very quickly, mostly without going very far. a headshot is simply too risky, and often Most people do not understand the mind completely. Shoot if anything for NECH or spine, at least neutralize Wil lat long enough to get you another round in the chest or head. I would say, granules or pellets is hollow point and shoot to the chest.
