Which country manufactured Fischer tennis rackets?

Circa 2006-2008? I have a pair of magnetic tour, 100 and after some years to play, decided to go with the Babolat Roddick. Big mistake! Babolat is pure crap Chinese cheap! I know they were not made in China because the quality is so good too.

Fischer is a company based in Austria, but I am not certainty whether their factories in Austria, China, or somewhere quite different. I can tell you based on things I read on their skis, they have factories in Austria, China, Italy and Slovenia. Obviously, this does not mean the racket would be made in these places, too. It just gives you an idea of how the company spread its manufacture. Honestly, I would not be surprised if they were doing in China for a number of reasons. First, almost all existing companies manufacture their rackets in China. And it is still common for companies to share plants. In a factory, you could have both Wilson and Head racquets during side-by-side. Practices such as this would be fairly easy for Fischer picked up the activity tennis racket without having to deal with too many build their own infrastructure or modification of existing plants. However, it does not matter where the racket is made. You can not say that you tried Babolat was terrible, because he was manufactured in China. The difference that you felt would be the difference between the Magnetic Tour 100 and the Pure Drive Roddick, no difference where they were made. Have you done the demo of the PDR before you bought? My gut tells me no. Have you demo'd first, you'd have known that you do not like the RDP, and could avoid wasting your money on it.
