How a soccer ball or beach shoes look like?

Me and some friends are planing to join a beach soccer tournament, but how come the ball like this? I heard theres shoes for beach soccer. how these look like? which has played a game of beach football official? Is it difficult? How big are the objectives?

Barefoot ... and as a volleyball court, while not a volleyball, but the ball is lighter.
