Athletic Tape
What is the difference between bands of boxing and athletic tape?
I have a few "athletic tape I use for sprains finger but im into boxing today. Can I use these as boxing tape or are they different things?
no difference. both are the same. the package is called "club band", and thats what boxers, wrestlers, use, etc.. doesent matter the size or the other, cuz you can cut it into strips for your fingers, or let the full size wrist. different brands athletic tape sometimes come in a smooth surface or a gauze-like. but it does not always matter, because they both function the same way. it's just a matter of preference.
